This floor was a puddle when the SERVPRO crew arrived. The homeowner wanted us to try and save her floor so we tried our best to. Because of how fast our SERVPRO response team is, we were able to save her floors! The homeowner was extremely thankful that we had saved her floors. We sucked up the water using our truck mount and save her floor. The before picture is when the floor was almost like stepping into a puddle and the after photo was one of our SERVPRO crew members sucking up the water and saving the home owners floor.
