Assessment- identifying the type of mold, the cause, how large of an area, and the proper way to remove the mold. 2nd. Containment- sealing off the affected area from the unaffected areas. Creating negative pressure in the containment area to prevent mold spores escaping. 3rd. Removal- Removing of all affected material, cleaning of nonporous material, cleaning or scrubbing the air.
